These stand-alone assessment packages allow clients to access standardized tests with the highest-quality of professional support, towards their individual growth and goals. These kinds of assessments are particularly helpful for identifying personality, strengths and insight for areas of growth, clarifying career interests and vocational planning, exploring challenges around self-compassion, self-esteem, and self-worth, assessing communication skills and style, and building interpersonal and leadership capabilities. To assist in comfort of the assessment experience, the majority of these assessments can be completed off site through a secure online portal. Dr. Cartaya provides several kinds of assessments, from the very basic to more intensive, to allow clients the option to customize to their preferences. Virtue Medicine and Dr. Cartaya are committed to client privacy and the full confidentiality of assessment findings and reports.
Because these assessments do not include medical or mental health history, assessment or diagnosis, no health insurance claims forms are provided to the clients. However, those individuals who have co-existing mental health concerns may benefit from a 90-minute intake session with in-depth goals setting to further personalize the assessment experience, to explore whether any additional psychological testing is needed based on goals, and to maximize benefits of the results for personal health needs.
